Callable the journey to CPaaS Autonomy

Callable.io is UK-based company providing disruptive wholesale CPaaS to reseller and service providers worldwide. Two years ago, we made a strategic decision to move our service from a commercial third-party CPaaS provider to an in-house system, based on Jambonz which we would manage and grow internally. We knew we were taking on lots of additional responsibility in doing so, but we also felt we needed to drive additional innovation into our platform that we couldn't do with a 3rd party provider. We will discuss our experiences and lessons learned along this journey, as well as showing you some of the more interesting and novel aspects of the solution we were able to create.
